For both our purchase and refinance, all of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and explained thoroughly. Since we refinanced during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were given the option to close at whichever location was most comfortable for us. Michelle at Joe s office even offered to bring closing docs to our home. We elected to sign the closing docs at Millennium s Westfield office since it is close to our home. The office was clean and everyone at the office was wearing proper PPE. I will continue to use Joe s team and MHM for future transactions.
